Using Baton
Baton provides project delivery, collaboration, infrastructure connection, and handoff tools. You must be legally able to enter these terms and use the service only in compliance with applicable law.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Baton permission to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You must have the rights required to upload or share it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Baton to break the law, violate another person's rights, distribute malware, probe systems without authorization, abuse email delivery, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service.
Third-party services
Optional integrations such as Google, infrastructure providers, and deployment services are governed by their own terms. You authorize Baton to interact with an integration only within the access you grant.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Baton and may limit or terminate accounts that create security, legal, or abuse risks. We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimer and liability
Baton is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for actions taken by third-party services you connect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms are published means you accept the revised terms.
